Andrew Glogowski, DC, ART
Dr. Andrew Glogowski is a local to the area growing up in Bensalem, PA. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Moravian College.  In college he enjoyed running and trained with the cross country team until an ankle injury prevented him from continuing. This created  his passion for helping athletes and he enjoys seeing them achieve their goals while remaining healthy.  Dr. G. continued his education at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY, where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. G treats all musculoskeletal conditions, from competitive athletes to chronic spinal and extremity conditions that have failed with other treatments. He possesses the highest level of certification in Active Release Techniques (ART®) which is the premier scar tissue removal system in health care today. Whether you are in a traumatic accident or perform daily repetitive movements at home or work, scar tissue adhesions develop over muscles, ligaments and nerves when under abnormal stress. Using ART®, Dr. Glogowski has worked with the Lake Placid Ironman treatment team and Marine Corp marathon team members. In his years in practice Dr G has worked with athletes from Villanova University, West Chester University, Saint Joseph’s University, Downingtown West, Downingtown East,  Bishop Shanahan, Malvern Prep, Haverford, Coatesville, Great Valley, Villa Maria, Delaware Christian, Devon Prep, Conestoga and others.

Dr G’s treatment philosophy and skill sets allow him to assist in resolving a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. Dr G believes public awareness of effective alternative forms of healthcare is very important. He is available for lectures to businesses and sports teams/clubs.

Christa Glogowski, DC
Dr. Christa Glogowski was born and raised in Western NY. She attended Houghton College before achieving her Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Christa loves the Exton/Chester County area although she remains close with her family in Western NY.

Dr. Christa’s focus in practice is maternity and pediatrics, treating conditions as varied as pregnancy-induced sciatica, low back pain, ear infections, colic/irritability, growing pains, and ADHD/ADD. She offers free consultations to allow parents and children an opportunity to ask questions and become comfortable around the doctor. Dr. Christa believes education is critical to making wise healthcare decisions. She provides wellness lectures inside the office as well as outside lectures to moms groups and businesses.

Dr. Christa also treats acute and chronic complaints in the general population. She is a certified provider of Kinesio Taping. Kinesio-tape allows structural support to an area without limiting range of motion, like a brace. It is also used to activate the body’s lymphatic system, allowing for faster healing.

Andrew Le, DC, ART, SFMA
Dr. Andrew Le is originally from York, PA.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University. While at Penn State he was a strength and conditioning intern for volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, ice hockey, and softball.  Upon graduating, he began working as a physical therapy intern and personal trainer.  Dr. Le attained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California.
Dr. Le has experience treating a large population of individuals, including Crossfit athletes, marathoners, swimmers, and the everyday athlete.  He is a provider for the premier soft tissue system in the world, Active Release Techniques (ART®).  He is also a Functional Movement taping provider through RockTape.  Dr. Le has enhanced his assessment capabilities through the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and is currently working towards his diplomate in rehabilitation and corrective exercises through the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation board.

Jessica Carr
Jessica was born and raised in Downingtown, PA where she continues to reside with her dog, Penny. She attended York College where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Human Services. Jessica spent one semester studying at University College Cork in Cork, Ireland.

Jessica put her skills in Human Services to use spending eight years working with children and adults with special needs. She spent extensive time during college volunteering with multiple agencies including Big Brothers Big Sisters and 4H through Penn State Extension.  Upon graduation Jessica worked as a TSS for children with special needs and later went on to work with adults with special needs in a vocational training program. Jessica was offered employment with Active Family and Sports Chiropractic in 2015 and has enjoyed supporting patients on their wellness journey with the Active Chiropractic family.
